Privacy Policy
1. Who is responsible for your data
This website is operated by Kateryna Sokolova, individual entrepreneur (FOP), trading as Rhythm Supply, 26 Vasylia Stusa St., Kyiv 03142, Ukraine. Email: linkablik@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
- Inquiry form: your name, email address, company or brand, and optionally your SKU count, main challenge, and message.
- Email and calls: whatever you choose to include when you contact us.
- Client engagements: business data you share for the agreed work, such as sales, inventory, purchase-order, shipment, and logistics cost reports.
- Billing: the details needed to issue and track invoices. Payments are processed by Payoneer; we do not receive or store your card details.
3. How we use it
We use this information to reply to inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver the agreed services, issue invoices, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
4. Service providers
Some data is processed by providers that help run the site and the business:
- Cloudflare (website hosting and security), which may process your IP address and technical request data.
- Google Fonts, which delivers the site's typefaces and receives your IP address when the page loads.
- Google (email), for correspondence.
- Payoneer, for invoicing and payments.
- A form-processing service, once the inquiry form is connected, which receives the details you submit.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies.
6. How long we keep data
Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Client and billing records are kept for as long as required by Ukrainian accounting and tax rules. Client business data is deleted or returned on request after the engagement ends.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing linkablik@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to the data protection authority in your country.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
